Upgrading your House or Yard?

As homeowners we want to keep our homes looking attractive to our families and help keep property values up. This requires fixing up and upgrading from time to time. When you want to make changes to the outside of your home or your yards, you need to submit an application for these changes to the Architectural Control Committee. The application needs to be submitted 30 days prior to any changes (siding, painting, fences, patio, etc.). Please click here to find a copy of the Highlands at Geist Submission Form.
