Glen Cove is a community of 98 homes.  We are located in the Geist area on Oaklandon Road,  just South of 86th Street.  We are considered within the City of Lawrence who takes care of our streets and snow removal. We are also located in Marion County, the city of Indianapolis.  We are in the Lawrence Township school system.  Our neighborhood was established in 1990 with Republic Development.  Three builders built our homes including Ryland Homes, Ryan Homes and MI Homes.  All of our homes are mostly brick fronts with wood siding, wood windows and full masonry fireplaces.  Our streets are lined with trees that flower in the Spring and it is a beautiful sight!!  We do have a Home Owner’s Association and have annual dues that cover maintenance of our neighborhood’s street signs, entrance lighting, landscaping and lawncare.  Ardsley Management is our mangament company that handles our billing and financial matters of the H.O.A.

Glen Cove has a very active social calendar for our residents to get together, have fun and get to know each other.   We have Flamingo Fridays, Girls Night Out, Men’s Poker Night, Book Club, Kids Play Group, Annual Block Party and many holiday gatherings.  Glen Cove is a great place to live!
