Welcome Glen Cove residents to our new website. This site is to keep you up to date with the happenings of our neighborhood. Please let us know what you would like to see posted on this site. You will find a copy of the covenants and restrictions along with the by-laws for our neighborhood posted. We will also have available the Architectural control committee’s homeowner request form for any exterior changes made to your home including roofing, painting, mail boxes and lamp posts. This site is currently under construction and will be updated regularly.

P.S. I plan to rent a chipper / grinder in the next week 5/30-6/1 or so if anyone wants to go in on it.I’ve got brush piles and limbs that will soon become usable wood chip and saw dust.
