Thank you to those attending our annual Glen Cove HOA Meeting.
Congratulations to Michael Moorlag and Rich Farkas who were voted into new Glen Cove Board positions. Michael was voted into the position of President and Rick Farkas became a new Board member into the position of Treasurer. Minutes to the meeting are complete and have been circulated.
It was also announced that Beth Sheeley would take over as the new Glen Cove Crime Watch Coordinator.

Phase II of our landscape project is complete to our main entrance and common areas off Oaklandon Road . After reviewing several bids, the Board awarded True Green our Landscape contractor for 2010 the project. True Green designed and planted a beautiful arraingment of annual flowers and flowering plants. As planned and approved by HOA vote we removed unsightly over grown foliage (dead trees & bushes) on the south side and planted a few 8′ Norway Spruces and several Blue Muffin Viburnums for coverage of the open area. We hope all enjoy the beauty and improvements of our main entrance and common areas.
Just a quick update that I have sent out on Tuesday, Feb 9th evening electronically the approved 2010 GCHOA Budget and our Annual HOA meeting Minutes. I will be making hard copies of those documents and placing them in all members mailboxes by the end of this week, weather permitting. Annaul Dues went to $225.00 and invoices have been sent out by Ardsely Management this week, due March 15, 2010.
The repairs to our front main entrance have been completed by Frye Electric Company. We have two new light fixtures placed in the center island and repairs were made to the light fixtures highlighting our entrance signs and trees. The electrical wires were buried 12″ to 15″ in the ground and all exposed wires covered for saftey.
There are several new links added to Glen Cove’s website! Hopefully, you will find these helpful. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions which could be beneficial to our homeowners.

Welcome Glen Cove residents to our new website. This site is to keep you up to date with the happenings of our neighborhood. Please let us know what you would like to see posted on this site. You will find a copy of the covenants and restrictions along with the by-laws for our neighborhood posted. We will also have available the Architectural control committee’s homeowner request form for any exterior changes made to your home including roofing, painting, mail boxes and lamp posts. This site is currently under construction and will be updated regularly.
