SpongeBob Squarepants to be at Geist Half Marathon

Organizers announced today that Spongebob Squarepants will be making an appearance at the 2nd Annual St.Vincent Geist Half Marathon & 5K Presented by Comcast. America’s favorite sea sponge loves the water, so it is only fitting that he attend the “Race Around the Reservoir” on Saturday, May 16th.

Morse Lake Inboards, a captain’s sponsor of this year’s race, will be shuttling SpongeBob around in style in one of their new Malibu ski boats. He will be cheering on runners from his boat, racing them to the finish line area where he will be available for free souvenir photos sponsored by Comcast.
