Open Forum on the Geist Clubhouse

The GHPOA board is hosting an open forum from 7:00-7:30 pm at the Fall Creek Township offices (116th and Brooks School) on September 15th at their regularly scheduled board meeting. Residents that are concerned about the sale of the Geist Clubhouse are welcome to attend. Please email Jonathan West at jwest@fhlbi.com if you plan to attend.

    Is Monday night’s meeting about the Clubhouse at the Fall Creek Township where the Board usually meets, or is it at the Clubhouse? (as the signs by the entrance state)

    Anybody know who put up the signs?

    Hi Jeanne,
    Monday night’s meeting will be held at Geist Clubhouse. Please see http://geistblogs.com/ghpoa/ and you will see that Jonathon West, president of the board and Amy Hunt, manager of Geist Clubhouse have been kind in arranging for us to meet at the clubhouse to accommodate property owners attendance.

    We hope to see many concerned families at the meeting. If you wish to speak please email Jonathon West at jwest@fhlbi.com .

    My hope is that this post doesn’t add to further confusion.

    I was at the meeting tonight. I’d like to get the contact information for the woman who meet with the current property owners. She’s the one who put up the signs. Additionally, I couldn’t see the Admirals Bay board rep’s table tent. What is her name and contact info? Thanks.

    I received a copy of “at Geist .com
    today and read of the meeting on September 15th which I was not aware of. As usual Masthead residents were not notified.Iam not in favor of the purchase of the Club House. The dues are already too highMasthead does not get all the services that we pay for.
