About one and a half miles of Olio Road from 96th Street to the Geist Reservoir bridge is getting widened this coming year. The $8 million project is well underway which includes 4-5 lanes of road, curbs, and new enclosed storm sewers. This phase of construction will complete the Olio corridor widening project which will give the east side of Geist a four-lane road connector between I-69 and I-70.
