GeistTVThe court ordered mediation between the Town of Fishers and the GUO is set for Wednesday, September 10th at 4:00 pm. After this meeting, the public will be invited in at 6:00 pm for a Town Council meeting. If no agreement is reached at this mediation hearing, the case will go to court sometime between October 1st and 3rd.

It was very interesting that the attorney for Fishers would say that the three tax abatement is off the table. Is this open and fair mediation? Looks like the town has made up its mind to closed and unfair mediation.
BTW- the times listed above are wrong. Meeting starts at 4pm and open to the public at 6pm.
