When long-time Geist resident Reggie Miller decided to downsize from his 20,000 square foot home on Geist Reservoir, he called on Intracoastal resident Dick Richwine to get it done.

After a two-hour meeting one Sunday afternoon this fall with fellow realtor Greg Cooper, Reggie called Richwine the following day and told him he had the job.
“With more than 20,000 square feet, and with all the extras the property has from the stocked pond, professional grade tennis courts, pool and pool house, we felt it was worth the $7.5 million listing price,” Richwine said.
Selling multi-million dollar homes is not new to Richwine. He recently listed the 41,000 square foot Steve Hilbert mansion in Carmel for $20 million.
“We uncovered a lot of local people that have the financial resources to afford a home like this while we were marketing the Hilbert estate.”
Local sports stars, business owners, or someone with multiple estates around the country are likely prospects.
As for Reggie’s future plans, Richwine reiterated that his high profile client fully intends to remain a Hoosier.
“Reggie wants everyone to know that he will always remain a Hoosier at heart and he very much plans on continuing to have a presence here in central Indiana. He simply just doesn’t need a $7.5 million estate anymore and he’s going to be downsizing.”
Richwine was unsure as to where Miller may move to.
“He will probably cross that bridge once his house is sold.”
