LN Students among Hoosiers Attending Presidential Inauguration

Talk about a field trip! A few Lawrence North High School students will soon be taking part in a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as they head off to Washington for the Presidential Inauguration.

Social Studies teacher Rachel Laymen started planning the trip over a year ago. Sen. Richard Lugar and Congressman Dan Burton donated 10 tickets to the group. They will be traveling with a group of students from Shawnee Mission and University High School and will be staying in Maryland for the three day trip.
