Grammy Award Winner to Perform with LN Jazz Ensemble

Grammy Award winning Saxophonist and Yamaha performing artist Jeff Coffin will be performing with the Lawrence North High School Jazz Ensemble on Friday May 15 at Lawrence North High School. Coffin has won multiple Grammy’s as the saxophonist for the group “Bela Fleck and the Flecktones,” and most recently as the saxophonist with the “Dave Mathew’s Band.” Thanks to the support of the Yamaha Corporation, Vandoren, and Paiges’ music, the clinic is free and open to the public.

There will be a free clinic before the concert. Clinic begins at 6pm in the Little Theatre. Concert is at 7:30pm in the auditorium and the cost for it is $10 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens. Kids 5 and under are free.
