Geist Radio’s response to new Fishers proposal

If you have been following the latest developments in Fishers’ bid to annex Geist, you know that the Fishers Town Council introduced yet another “deal” for Geist residents. Instead of a three year tax abatement that rolls in, they are allowing us to request how this imaginary money (an estimated $3.8 million) could be spent on projects in the Geist area for the next three years. Of course, this is totally at their discretion and there is no “piggy bank” set aside for this money. There is no way Geist homeowners will go for this, but just for fun, here is Geist Radio’s “Top 10 Projects Fishers Could Fund With Our $3.8 Million.”
