Derek Zike Benefit Skate at Forum at Fishers March 21

Derek Zike Benefit Skate, auction and bakesale. Saturday, March 21st 3:15-5pm with Hoosier HS All-Star benefit game @ 7pm at the Forum at Fishers skating rink.

All proceeds go to the Derek Zike Special Needs Trust. This benefit is open to the public and will help the 17 year-old Fishers resident who was seriously injured during a hockey game in Ann Arbor, MI. He fell and crashed head first into the boards and broke his neck. He currently has no feeling or movement from the chest down or in his hands.

His home needs to have extensive renovations in order to bring Derek home. He has been at Motts Children’s Hospital at the Univ. of MI since January 16.
