Clothes 4 Kids Drive a Success

December 12 was a day of celebration for Ms. Schroll’s kindergarten class at Forest Glen. Pizza donated by Mark Anthony’s Pizzeria recognized the class for their efforts during a rcent clothes drive for The Caring Center. With 523 donated items this class demonstrated caring and compassion for Lawrence Township families in need.

Sra Torres’ third grade class, Sr. Lahlou’s second grade class and rs. Ensminger’s third grade class collected 293,252 and 230 items repectfully. Donations were counted, sorted and transferred to The Caring Center by Lawrence North students in conjunction with Compassion 4 Kids. The campaign “Clothes 4 Kids = Clean Closets 4 U” allowed students to clean out their cloasets and bring it stuff that they no longer wear.
