Champion Your Future Conference for Parents, Students

If your child is in middle school or high school, there is no time like the present to learn about the service systems and educational options after your child leaves high school.  To get started, plan to attend the Champion Your Future Conference on April 25, brought to you by FUSE and the Arc of Indiana!

This conference is intended for both students and parents and has conference sessions specifically designed for both groups.  Our keynote speaker will inspire the whole family!  Nationally known Gold Medalist, author and speaker Mike Schlappi will inspire you with his message of how your life can be defined by what you can do instead of what you can’t do. At the age of 14, Mike dreamed of a career in sports. A gunshot wound to the chest challenged his dreams.  He would never walk again. After months of physical therapy, he began playing basketball from his wheelchair and went on to become a standout athlete. Mike Schlappi’s thought-provoking presentation challenges people of all ages to realize that despite difficult circumstances, you can take responsibility and be empowered.
