Belzer Trumpeter Receives Gold Rating

On Saturday February 20th, 8th grade Belzer Middle School band student Chris Felli performed at the annual ISSMA State Solo and Ensemble Contest. Chris qualified for this event by receiving a Gold Rating at the district contest two weeks earlier. At this year’s state contest held at North Central High School, Chris received a Silver Rating for his trumpet solo.

Chris is a three year member of the Belzer Middle School band program. In addition to the trumpet, Chris also plays percussion.
