Amy Beverland Hosts Celebration of Literacy, Arts March 19

On Thursday, March 19, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Amy Beverland Elementary, in Lawrence Township, will host a tribute to the school’s focus on Literacy exploration with the 7th Annual “Celebration of Literacy and the Arts.”  The event will feature an open house style presentation of literacy, art and technology projects, as well as musical performances by students in grades 1-5.  This event is open to the community.

The students are very motivated to read. At Amy Beverland we use the nationally acclaimed Renaissance programs which provide students with the opportunity to test their comprehension of more than 100,000 titles they check out of our school library. the school’s PFO purchases books and technology to support our children.
