The Geist Community Newsletter provides the most cost effective way to promote your business to the Geist Reservoir community. Over 13,500 copies are mailed and distributed monthly to residents living around Geist Reservoir. Additional copies available for free in area retail stores and restaurants. Advertising Inserts: $1,000 each
Provide your corporate brochure, menu, coupon flyer, or any other eye-catching marketing materials and we’ll insert them in the middle of the Geist Community Newsletter for one low fee. Printing of the insert and the costs associated with transporting them to our printer are the responsibility of the Advertiser. Finish size must be less than 8” x 10-1/2” and a head trim of 3/8” must be accounted for.
Professional Services: $50 per square
Located near the back of the Geist Community Newsletter, the Professional Services Directory is a great place to advertise local services, home-based businesses, and other companies looking to have a print ad and online ad* promoting their business. Advertisers pay a flat rate per month, per square, with no long-term commitment. (each square is approximately 2” x 1”)
Online Advertising Rates
All online banner and tile ads run throughout the www.atGeist.com web network in rotation with other online advertisers. Each ad links either to your website, e-mail address, or other online listing. Design of these ads is also included in the sponsorship fees.

Payment: First time advertisers must make payment for the first ad at the time of contract signing. All ads must be paid for within 15 days of invoice date. If an advertiser carries a balance over 45 days, their contract will be voided and their ad will be discontinued. The advertiser is responsible for the full amount of this contract and legal action will be pursued by the Publisher for delinquent or past due amounts. Professional service, TowneClipper.com featured coupons, and online ads must be paid for monthly with a credit card to be kept on file.
Color: All advertising rates include four-color process. Spot PMS colors, metallic colors, and varnishes are not available.
Ad Production: Creation of your ad is included in the advertising rates. Materials must be provided by the advertiser by the first of each month to insure enough time for proofing and ad approval.
Deadlines: The deadline for advertising changes, editorial submissions, and new ad contracts is the first of each month for that month’s issue. The Newsletter is mailed via bulk rate carrier routes during the third week of each month.
Terms: Advertising is billed monthly. Invoices are net 15 days.
Agency Discount: 15% for accredited agencies.
