Some questions about the Pool & Tennis Courts:
Q: Will I get a new Pool & Tennis Court access card this Spring?
A: No. When the 2009 season begins (Memorial Day weekend) and we have received your 2009 ALHOA Dues, we will re-program both gate codes. So, the cards are eternal. If you recently moved in, after you pass your swim test, we’ll give you a card. Just kidding…contact our Pool & Tennis Court Co-chairs,
Bill Charlton or Bill Powell.

Q: Can I write my name on my card with a permanent marker?
A: Yes.

Q: When will the tennis courts close for the Winter season?
A: Good news, they won’t. We will leave the tennis courts open throughout the year. Sorry, you’ll have to shovel your own snow though. Enjoy!!

Q: Can I take glass containers into the pool & tennis court areas?
A: No. This is simply a safety concern. Please make certain that everyone in your household, as well as your guests, are aware of this and all Rules of Use.

Q: Why did we even need to install this type of access system?
A: Over the past few years, we’ve experienced an increasing number of incidents of trespassing, vandalism, general misbehavior and more. But our single biggest issue over the past few seasons has been the blatant copying of keys by ALHOA residents and then giving these to people who don’t live in Admirals Landing. We are attempting to stop all of this and keep our facilities safe and secure for you and your family.
